We still had a bit of time before the children were excused from school ( in Mexico they go the mandatory 1/2 day, and are finished by 1 PM). We looked in the new house (where, incidentally, the three sisters we sponsor are housed) and it looks as beautiful as ever. The house parents were there, invited us in, and we enjoyed their company. Their English is better than our Spanish! An older Casa shows how much improvement after over 35 years of no renovations.
